Flatbush Cats is a small non-profit based in the Flatbush neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York. They started as a small volunteer-based TNR and rescue organization. TNR is an acronym for the humane practice of trapping outdoor cats, neutering them, and releasing them back to their colonies. The problem is that it’s not that easy- many cats are sick or injured. Most kittens born outside die before they are six months old.

They decided to do something bigger. They wanted to create a low-cost veterinary clinic in Flatbush to provide services for everyone within the community. Their goal is to get cats off the streets, keep cats out of shelters, and bring more equity to animal welfare. The main purpose of the clinic was to provide low-cost spay/neuter services but wanted to provide affordable care to cats and dogs within the community of Flatbush as well (bringing more equity to animal welfare element).

Flatbush Cats needed a presentation for big donors and community outreach and when I reached out, they asked if I could update what they had. I updated it to match their website with fonts and colors, created infographics and laid out quotes and images. I built everything with Adobe, but then created editable slides and a template in Google Slides if they should need to update anything or would like to make a future presentation quickly or easily.

Please note that I didn’t include the last few slides of the presentation.
